Refund/cancellation policy


Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the order has been successfully delivered. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY. All orders are delivered to the exact address as given by the customer. If address does not exist as given by the customer, Juzy will contact the customer via email and verify the address in attempt to have it delivered again the following morning. However, if we have made a mistake regarding the contents of your order, we will be more than happy to give you a credit to use on your next order from Juzy.


Our products are Delivered by company vehicle. Orders that are placed before 3 p.m. Central Time will be delivered the very next morning. If any orders are placed after 3 p.m. Central Time, the order will be recorded as one placed the next day (e.g. if an order is placed after 3 PM on Monday, it will be recorded as an order made on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday morning)

Cancellation/Refund Requests

If you would like your order to be cancelled, you must make a request via email to juzyonline@gmail.com. Cancellations/refund requests will not be accepted after order has been delivered or shipped. Cancellations/refund requests will not be accepted after 11:59 P.M. Central Time of the date the order was placed.


No refunds will be given within 24 hours of the selected delivery date. All cancellation and refund requests must be made prior to 24 hours of the selected delivery date.

For all orders determined to be local orders, you agree to have your order delivered to the front door of the delivery address before 9am on the determined delivery date. All deliveries will be left by the front door for the customer to pick up. For all national orders, you agree to be available to receive shipment at the delivery address on the selected delivery date. No signature will be required. All orders will be left at the door of all national residences.

Most National deliveries will be made between the hours of 10am and 3pm. However, it can take till 8pm to be delivered to residences on the selected delivery date. All national orders are partially frozen before shipment to ensure freshness. Refunds pertaining directly to delivery will only be issued on all national orders if delivery is not received within one day of the targeted delivery date.

All National orders are to be kept frozen and only thawed out a day before they are to be consumed.

All products sold on juzyonline.com are sold as is without any warranties. Information provided on juzyonline.com shall not be acted upon without the approval of a licensed health professional. The products offered on juzyonline.com is not intended to improve, cure, treat, diagnose, or better any ailments, sicknesses, illnesses, or any other associated conditions. Our Story

Juzy, the brainchild of Timothy Oyedele, founder and CEO, was created in 2018. Timothy, an avid gym-goer and fitness freak, was always being approached by other gym patrons about what he does to stay healthy. Timothy stressed the importance of a healthy diet, especially one full of fruits and vegetables. When Timothy asked them about their eating habits, the answer was almost always the same, they didnt eat enough produce mainly because it either drained their time to prepare or it drained their wallets because quality produce was quite pricey. So Timothy created a way for people to get their daily dose of fruits and veggies with the simple click of a mouse. The Juzy's mission is to help people take one step closer to healthiness and to make that step as pain free as possible for both your schedule and your wallet!


Q. Why Cleanse?!?

A. Our programs and products are structured to achieve four primary goals: (1) Maximize your fresh raw food intake while lowering your caloric intake; (2) Give your digestive system a well-deserved break to help reset and get it back on track; (3) Increase your energy levels and give your immune system a boost; and (4) Balance, restore, and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Q. How does a cleanse work?

A. The most important and empowering aspect of a juice cleanse is what you're NOT eating. By leaving out hard-to-process and dietary blunders such as excessive protein, over indulgences, refined sugar, and processed food - you will have a natural improvement in your overall chemistry.

Q. When do you ship the juices to me? What if Juzy currently doesn't deliver to my area?

A. If your order is placed before 3 P.M. Central time and your ZIP code is eligible for next day delivery, you will have your fresh cold pressed juice by 9 A.M. Central time. If the order is placed after 3 P.M. it will be recorded as an order placed the next business day and will be delivered the morning after. Orders outside of the Greater Houston area are currently unavailable, but it will be soon!!

Q. How long should I cleanse for?

A. The longer the juice cleanse the deeper the cleanse. We have formulated cleanses to range from 1 day to 5 days. We recommend the standard 3 days which is our most popular duration.

Q. How long do the juices last?

A. We demand the freshest and best juice! With that being said our juices last up to 4 days under proper refrigeration.

Q. Does the order matter in which I drink my juices?

A. Yes because this will affect how you absorb, incorporate, and digest the nutrients.

Q. Is your juicer the same as my blender?

A. Actually, no they are not the same. We use a cold-press to make our juices. First we crush into what looks similar to pulp. Then we apply lots of pressure to get every drop of juice. This means you get the most nutritional juice because cold pressing does not heat and destroy all the vital nutrients and enzymes. A traditional blender or juicer uses very high speed to spin its blades, which yields heat to the produce. As a result you are losing valuable nutrients and 100% of all your enzymes. Also the skins will not liquefy, meaning your system will have to spend more time breaking them down and digesting thereby limiting what you can receive quickly into your bloodstream.

Q. Is it true our bodies cleanse itself naturally? If so, why should I do Juzy Cleanse?

A. Yes our bodies do cleanse naturally and constantly. However, not only does Juzy's programs bring back balance and perspective into your body but you're also allowing it to rest and restore itself, repositioning you for a healthy lifestyle.

Q. Will I be hungry?

A. Yes, you may "feel" hunger in the first couple of days. Many times this is not true hunger, but our minds wanting the ritual act of chewing. Don't worry this is completely normal, the body is quick to adjust and consume liquids only. But if you truly feel the need to eat, try to eat lightly. A small salad should do the trick!

Q. Can I still workout?

A. We encourage it since it will maximize your cleanse. Just be sure to listen to your body especially if you plan to do heavy lifting.

Q. How often should I cleanse?

A. This should be a personal decision and can be discussed with a healthcare professional. Most people set goals and others do this seasonally. This can mean once a month to once every 3 months. However, we do suggests making Juzy part of your everyday life, cleansing or not. By consuming our nutrient packed juices on a regular basis it will keep your system in optimal shape inside and out.

Q. Where is your productions Facility?

A. Our juices are produced in our kitchen in Katy, Texas.

Q. Are your juices organic?

A. Our juices are not 100% organic due to factors such as seasonal changes. However we do strive to use organic produce whenever available. But we do ensure all our produce is non-GMO and hand picked every day to ensure top quality in our products!

Q. Why don't you use glass bottles?

A. We maintain a low carbon footprint by using PET plastic which is recyclable for a few reasons: 1. Plastic uses significantly less energy then glass to be recycled. 2. Plastic is drastically lighter then other bottle options, which means less energy and fuel is used to create and deliver each bottle.
